Vegan smoothies takes the dairy and yogurt out of smoothies and replaces them with a more vegan-friendly ingredient.


INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. Dash of cinnamon
  5. 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used one packet of Tone It Up's vegan vanilla protein powder Perfect Fit)
  6. Ice
  7. 1 to 2 drops of liquid Stevia, optional

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes one serving.
