Vegan smoothies takes the dairy and yogurt out of smoothies and replaces them with a more vegan-friendly ingredient.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 banana
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used one packet of Tone It Up's vegan vanilla protein powder Perfect Fit)
- Ice
- 1 to 2 drops of liquid Stevia, optional
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes one serving.
